March 15 – Registration opens to new families
July 15 – Registration closes
July 30 – Supply Fees and 10% Tuition
(tuition non-refundable, transferable current family members)
Aug 15 – Late registration ends (Add $25/student), Drop Period Ends
Aug 20 – 40% Tuition due
Nov 1 – Balance of Tuition (50%) due
As a parent-run organization, we rely on parent participation to keep our program running. You are required to sign up for a certain number of regular slots and substitute slots based on how many classes your student(s) are enrolled in.
Monitoring slots based on number of classes:
Please note that signing up for monitoring is required for enrollment.
Academy policies will require agreement upon registration.
After you register, you will receive a phone call from Kevin Goss, our Executive Director, welcoming you and following up with any questions. Administration will then go through and add supply fees, attire fees, and make sure discounts are correct. Once your account balance is correct, you have signed up to monitor, and the registration fees have been paid, we will send you an email that your registration is complete and good to go.
